Doc Band Helmet #2

Doc Band Helmet #2. Decoration gets done March 8th. We had a little set back this weekend. My husband had to take Livie to Cranial Tech this morning. They had to make some major adjustments to her helmet due to excessive redness on her head. We kept it off all weekend to avoid further delays. Now
we have to do 3 hour checks and then then continue 23 hours a day if redness dissipates
fun fun :( 3 1/2 more months of this helmet. I will not be sad to see it go! Let the countdown to Doc Band graduation begin!

9 Months Old Today!

9 months ago today Livie decided she to make her appearance 10 weeks early!

My how time is flying by. I can't believe she is getting close to turning 1! It helps to remind myself that she is actually only about 6 1/2 months old for her adjusted age. This morning she has her usual physical therapy and Thursday will be her weekly Doc band appointment. We hope to hear if Feb 7th will be her graduation date from the helmet but we will have to just wait and see.

Livie stylin' in her Doc Band Helmet & our Super Star 3 1/2 year old!

Finally we got our Doc Band Helmet decorated. Check out how cute it turned out! Thanks the The Wrap Shoppe for an amazing job and it was free!

More Amazing News! Livie is doing great in her treatment and they said she may be graduating from her Doc Band Helmet on Feb 7th!

Livie also had her Developmental Pediatrician appt last week.

Here are her stats:

Age: 8 1/2 months actual (6 months adjusted)

Height: 23 1/4

Weight 12.9 pounds

Head: 40.5 cm

They are concerned about her weight since we have had some set backs so we are upping her calorie intake to from 22 cal to 24cal with her formula feeding. Regular formula is 20cal per ounce.

I know it's only Jan but this mama is already starting preparations for Kayla and Livie's birthday parties! Can't believe Kayla will be 4 on April 12th and Livie will be 1 on April 29th. Where does the time go?
